Advertising

StumptheSpread offers many advertising choices. Two of the most popular options are a fixed position advertisement and a rotation banner system. A new option has opened up and that would be a fixed or rotating ad shown in our free/premium mailings. Payments are usually a fixed sum per month, however we are willing to negotiate a certain sum per banner exposure, or a fixed sum pre-defined number of clicks on the banner. Please read through all of the advertising plans we offer and find one that is right for you.

Ad Plan 1:
Main Rotating Banner Plan
A 468x60 banner image of your choosing will be placed in a pool with 6 other advertisers.  Each will be rotated and displayed in order as a user navigates through our pages. As a main rotating banner plan advertiser you will get a minimum of 16.7% of the total 468x60 banner impressions on the site.
There is a minimum of 3 months for deals involving this plan. However we do prefer longer agreements. If for some reason after your 3 months is up, you want to renew your ad plan, it is very likely someone has already negotiated for your spot. This why the longer the plan, the better.

Ad Plan 2:
One Highly Visible Ad Plan
This plan allows for one highly visible ad to be placed on ALL pages of stumpthespread.com. However, ad placement is to the discretion of stumpthespread.com.
2 month minimum 

Ad Plan 3:
High Exposure Plan
One of the better plans for easy high exposure is a fixed 154x154 banner high to the left on ALL pages of stumpthespread.com.

Ad Plan 4:
Email Plans
This is probably the grand daddy of advertising for us. We have many subscribers to both our free picks and premium picks mailing lists. Advertisers who choose this plan will have their ad stapled directly to our emails and will receive great exposure. The offer is good for 1 small ad to be placed right onto the email. Monthly packages are available. We prefer to only have at a maximum, 5 advertisers for this plan, so please hurry and make a decision if you would like this plan. The spots will go fast. Different prices will be implemented for free picks and for premium picks.

Ad Plan 5:
Highest Exposure Plan
As you are probably aware our free picks gather the most unique hits per month. This is a very hot section and we offer ad space just for this high volume slot. Ads may either be 120x60 or 468x60 format. Price will vary on ad size.
2 month minimum

Sizes:
We prefer 468 x 60 pixels, 154x154 or 120x60 pixels, or button size (maximum 88x31 pixels). Please try to keep the file size under 20kb if you can. We prefer not to use flash banners, but if that's all you can do then we'll work with it. 120x240 and 120X280 long ads are acceptable as well.

Advertising Content:
Well we are a sports site, so we expect the content to be sports related. The content should reflect sports betting and other things which complement sports betting. StumptheSpread reserves the right to reject an ad solely on our discretion. Ads with adult content will not be allowed.

Pricing:
We have fixed prices only. Advertising must meet the criteria stated above.
